You form an outline for your paper so that your paper stays with in the established track from beginning till the every end. Then you go through the process of writing the paper. You connect all your thoughts and ideas and draw a conclusion out of them that seems logical and in relation with the arguments that you’ve stated in your paper. The job is not yet finished. Since we all are humans, mistakes are unavoidable. No matter how carefully we write the content, there is always some room for improvement and correction. Disengaging words and ideas should be removed and corrected. Keep in mind the requirement of the paper and evaluate your writing according to it. After you read the paper, go back to the marked section that needs improvement. Make sure the improvements are in continuation with the content and don’t look disconnected.

You can ask your friend or any of the family members to reader your paper before submitting it to the instructor. It is an intelligent step towards editing your paper as other’s will certainly analyze your paper differently and will be able to point out mistakes that you were unable to think of. After you are done with the technicalities of the paper, spell-check your paper once more to make sure there are none. You can read your paper aloud to check the flow and continuity of the paper. It should be smooth and each section of the paper must be well connected to the other.
